KaamConnekt, founded by HR strategist Shivangi Yadav, operates on a flexible HR-as-a-Service model. They act as an external HR directorate for SMEs and startups — handling recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle, and training. It's a premium, personalized service.
But their digital presence was static. A basic website that couldn't communicate the depth of their HR services, couldn't post job listings dynamically, and couldn't capture or manage leads in one place. When an SME founder searched "outsourced HR services," they were finding competitors with dynamic content engines and professional lead funnels.
They needed a platform that would position them as a premium HR consultancy — not a commodity staffing agency — while giving their team full content autonomy: posting jobs, publishing thought leadership, and managing leads without developer involvement.

What we built and why
Dynamic Job Portal
The admin team creates, edits, and manages job listings in real-time through the CRM dashboard. Each listing gets a dedicated page with JobPosting structured data for Google's job search. Listings are categorized by function, location, and experience level. Job seekers can filter, browse, and apply directly — no third-party job boards needed.
CRM & Lead Management
Strategic CTA placement across service pages captures enterprise-level HR interest. Leads land in the admin dashboard with source tracking, service interest, and status management. The team can move leads through stages (new → contacted → qualified → converted) without switching to a separate CRM tool.
Content Engine
Blog posts, case studies, and service descriptions are managed through a rich text editor in the admin panel. Auto-generated slugs, meta descriptions, and social sharing images make every piece of content SEO-ready without manual optimization. The marketing team publishes thought leadership content independently.
Automated SEO Architecture
Every page gets automatically generated JSON-LD structured data — Organization, Service, JobPosting, and BreadcrumbList schemas. Canonical tags prevent duplicate content.
