High-value service, commodity perception
KaamConnekt is not a recruitment agency — they provide complete HR infrastructure (compliance, payroll advisory, performance management, executive search) to growing businesses. But prospective clients kept confusing them with standard staffing agencies.
Their existing digital presence was a generic WordPress theme that looked like every other placement agency. They couldn't post jobs dynamically, couldn't publish case studies without developer help, and weren't ranking for high-value HR consulting search queries.
They needed a platform that would establish their position as an elite HR directorate, give them complete content autonomy through a custom admin dashboard, and attract inbound enterprise inquiries through automated SEO.
