Do you charge fixed prices or hourly rates?
We work on fixed-price project models for all new builds. Before starting, we scope the project in detail and give you a fixed quote — so you know exactly what you'll pay. We don't charge hourly rates for project work. Monthly retainers are charged monthly at a fixed rate.
What happens if the project goes over scope?
If new requirements come up after scope is agreed, we discuss them and provide a separate change order quote before any extra work begins. We never silently add to the bill. You always approve scope changes first.
Do you offer EMI or milestone-based payments?
Yes. For projects above ₹1,00,000 we split payments into milestones: 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch. For larger projects (₹3L+), we can structure up to 4 payment milestones.
What's included in the 30-day bug fix guarantee?
After launch, if any feature we built doesn't work as specified in the original scope, we fix it at no cost within 30 days. This covers bugs, layout breaks, and functional issues — not new feature requests.
Do you include hosting in the price?
Hosting costs are separate (typically ₹0–₹3,000/month on Vercel's free/pro tier). We handle the deployment and setup as part of the project. We'll recommend the right hosting tier for your traffic volume.
