Where I spend most of my time
Next.js application architecture, multi-tenant SaaS, and the technical SEO layer — rendering strategy, Core Web Vitals, indexation — that decides whether any of it gets found.
What I am opinionated about
Custom builds over templates, fixed pricing over hourly billing, and handing clients the full repository at the end. Every project I ship transfers completely to the client — no licences, no lock-in, no reason they need me next year unless they want me.
How I got here
Engineering & Computer Science
I studied engineering at Govt. Polytechnic Sant Kabir Nagar, then computer science at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
From Intern to Engineering & Search Lead
I joined Propques as an intern. Thirty days later I was a developer; six months after that I was leading a team of five developers, designers and QA — and running the SEO and performance marketing alongside the build work. That combination, engineering and search in the same head, is the thing GenForge is built on.
Founding Technical Member & Core Systems
I then joined Lawfinity India as the founding technical member and built their IT function from nothing: the digital infrastructure, the search strategy, and proprietary ERP systems for sales, HR and operations. Building internal software for a business that had none teaches you which features matter and which are decoration — the fastest education in scope discipline I have had.
Solving the Agency Quality Deficit
I started GenForge Studio because I kept seeing the same thing from both sides: businesses paying real money for websites that looked finished and did not work. Slow, unfindable, impossible to update without going back to whoever built them, and often not even owned by the people who paid for them. The tooling to do it properly is not exotic. What was missing was anyone willing to do that work at a price an Indian business could actually pay — and then hand over the code at the end.
