1. Scope of Engagement
GenForge Studio delivers custom web application engineering, Next.js website design, technical SEO, and cloud infrastructure deployment under clearly defined Statements of Work (SOW) or fixed-price contracts. All requirements, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unlike agencies operating proprietary website builders, GenForge Studio guarantees 100% intellectual property and source code ownership to the client. Upon final milestone payment, full Git repository rights, deployment configurations, asset libraries, and system documentation are irreversibly transferred to the client.
3. Milestone Deliveries & Staging Reviews
Client projects proceed via staging sprint deployments. The client retains full visibility into ongoing progress through live staging links, weekly engineering demos, and direct access to senior engineers without account manager intermediaries.
4. 30-Day Post-Launch SLA Warranty
Every production release includes thirty (30) days of complimentary post-launch support. This covers bug remediation, Core Web Vitals optimization, and deployment stability checks at zero additional cost.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with primary jurisdiction held within the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and applicable cross-border commercial trade provisions for international clients.
